Top versus bottom in this one, however an entertaining game none the less with goals a plenty.

Nicula Alexandru got off to a cracking start with a hat-trick for Magpie within the opening 6 minutes of the match. Robert added a 4th for Magpie to make it 4-0 early on. Exeter finally got in on the act as Tom Harrison scored their first goal of the game in the 13th minute. Two from Mike Belshaw and a second from Tom Harrison soon brought the scores level. Mike Belshaws hat trick goal meant that Exeter completed their first half come back to go into the break 5-4 in front.

The second half of this match was an absolute goal fest. Exeter added a couple of after the break to extend their league even further. However Magpie weren’t going to give up top spot in the league that easily. Milosz scored a second half hattrick, but his goal scoring efforts were out done by Nicula from Magpie who took his goal tally for the game to 6, completing a hattrick in each half. Vladuta and Milosz added the icing on the cake with a couple more, meaning Magpie won 12-8, keeping them top of the league thanks to goal difference
